Our cakes are best served within 24 hours of receipt; however, the shelf life refrigerated is 1 week. They can also be frozen for 2-4 months, then defrosted and served. To maintain freshness, leave the original plastic wrapping for best results.

Each cake is wrapped for freshness and provides 8-10 servings based on the size of your slice and your willingness to share! Each cake weighs 1.1lb.
